We want you to be completely satisfied with your Aquatalia purchase. If you’re not happy with your items, you can return them to us within 30 days of receipt.
How to Return Items
Online Returns Process
- Log into your account on aquataliadeal.com
- Navigate to ‘Order History’ in your account dashboard
- Select the order containing items you wish to return
- Choose the specific items and select your reason for return
- Print your prepaid returns label
- Package items securely in original packaging
- Attach the returns label clearly to the package
- Drop off at any authorized shipping location
Returns Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In original, unworn condition
- With all original tags still attached
- In the original packaging with any seals intact
- Free from any odors, stains, or damage
- Accompanied by the original order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Worn or used footwear
- Items without original tags attached
- Final sale items (clearly marked during purchase)
- Gift cards and e-gift codes
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
Refunds Information
Processing Time
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your return
- You will receive email confirmation once your refund is processed
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Store credit refunds are processed within 24 hours
Refund Amount
- Full refund for items meeting return conditions
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping fees are deducted for change of mind returns

Exchanges
Exchange Process
We currently process exchanges through our returns portal:
- Initiate a return for the original item
- Select “exchange” as your preferred option
- Choose the new size or color variation
- We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return
- Any price differences will be charged or refunded
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the damage or defect
- We will cover all return shipping costs
- Choose between replacement or full refund
International Returns
